If you don't know, Peoria, IL has a population of 115,000. Total area population (East Peoria, Morton, Washington, Pekin, Peoria Heights) is right around 250,000. So a decent sized place, but definately small in comparision to some real cities. So

My 200HP Mercury Saltwater series occasionally races when I pull back to neutral. makes shifting a bit hard on the gears (not racing super fast, but fast enough) This is intermittent, and doesn't always happen. thoughts?
