I can see some practical uses for this.

Kind of a neat idea. I can see it used for flood rescue and emergency uses.

Flood rescue seems like a practical use.

The first thing I thought of; guides using it in rural areas of the country to take sports (hunters and fishers) to land and bodies of water others rarely get to.
Or a camping trip to an area of tranquility - miles & miles away from any other human.

This would make dock building easier. Load all the needed materials tow then drive to location.

I liked the pic showing the guy in a wheelchair on board.. Looks a little complicated for someone to launch if in one, but, hey, who wouldn't help out if you got to go with, to do some fishing.

Wonder how much maintenance there would be for the retractable wheels.

Almost like having a pontoon boat without the pontoons...I like the idea...
