That is because I saw it in the MARINA...and not out on the water as the break walls are too high to see over from were I was at.

There is one on display at our in the water show going on right now.

In June, I got a good look at one of those while a crew was unwrapping it (literally) at a dinky little fisherman's marina/greasy spoon on Lake Norman. I thought it looked great in person. It was a darker grey than LL's.

I haven't seen it since. It may have been brought in for a show or for display. Seems too much for Lake Norman IMHO.

Even at $1.2m, I think it would be a bit odd to have a boat that when you drove it you were totally enclosed behind the windshield.

I think I would need something with a flybridge where you could still be in the wind and feel the spray.

Then again, it would be hard to turn down if someone wanted to donate it...

Troop, I agree. But if guests are important they may not appreciate the windblown deal. These hardtop types seem to be taking a bite out of the open cruiser market over in Europe.
