The P2P services are mostly Asian and International broadcasts of streaming content. Not much English programming, and the signals are questionable in quality. But it IS TV over the internet, albeit rather limited in content.

Thank You very much! I didn't know that was out there.

On a side note, if you get a TV card that uses a software decoder, and you are running a web server, you can broadcast. I had this hooked up with an infared transmitter controlled by USB over the web to change channels. This all worked with the Dish Network. It was also password protected.

What was funny was that I had some "risque" channels. My neighbors were sucking up all my bandwidth and I had to cut them off. wink
