Saw these guys Saturday night in Rockford IL. 6th row center. Absolutely incredible!

For those of you not familiar with these guys, three brothers from Texas. Style of music, think Santana meets Stevie Ray Vaughn with tight three part harmonies.

Many know this band for their simple but melodic hit "Heaven" from a few years ago but these brothers can jam there arses off! Their musicianship and synergy as a band is jaw dropping.

Very much recommend seeing them if they are in your area. I have bought their last three CD's and highly recommend.

Would be a tough comparison to ZZ Top. While three piece guitar based rock, thats where the similarities end.

I like ZZ Top but many of their songs tend to be 1,4,5 blues chord progressions with simplistic beats.

LLB songs tend to be have more of a melodic stucture with more complex chord changes. Think Santana with Stevie Ray Growl.

they arent anything like zz top, Roc's got it nailed - santana and SRV. Throw in a little "spanglish" (english and spanish) lyrics too.

they are great, the admiral brought the CD home a while ago and now its in my truck. I listen to them all the time.
