Kind of a funny bigfoot story:
Back in July of '01, myself and 2 friends spent 10 days fishing up in Ontario. While there, we came up with a whole series of "Bud Lite salutes you, Mr. Sasquatch Hunter" commercials.
OK, you had to be there.
Anyways, one of the guys who went is a car salesman. After we had been back for a few days, he calls me up, laughing his rear off.
A long time customer had just been in, and bought a brand new jeep. It seems this guy was an part time bigfoot chaser, and would spend months at a time up in British Columbia looking for the Big Fella, and was taking this new jeep up to his place in B.C. for "hunting"
So my friend, being the good car salesman that he is, starts asking him questions, pretending like he's is interested. They talk for a while, and the customer leans in real close, looks over his shoulder and says, "you wanna see something?"
So he takes my friend out to the car. He sticks his key in the trunk lock and looks both ways, as if he's got a trunk full of cocain.
He opens the trunk, and there laying on the floor are two huge plaster bigfoot footprints. Now he's got my buddy's attention. My friend says, "wow, did you find those footprints up in British Columbia? Did you make those plaster molds?"
The guy looks him straight in the face, as serious as a heart attack and says, "No I bought these on the internet, but I KNOW they are real!!"
