I went to start boat today , started and runs great but my oil press gauge and trim gauge are stuck all the way maxed out . Any Ideas ??

my idea is that the leads to the sensors of those 2 gauges have become broken. The trim sensor will be on the outdrive. The wires usually fray & break. You will have to track down the oil pressure wire. Take a look behind the instrument panel to see the oil pressure guage sender wire. Note the color/stripe and trace that into the engine compartment. It may have become disconnected at the gauge, or in the engine compartment.

If it happened to more than one gauge simultaneously, I'd suspect a ground.

If you look at the back of the gauges you will see that the ground as well as the power wires run from gauge to gauge.

I had a trim gauge vibrate loose on a rough road on my last boat, and when it broke it took out another gauge's ground as well.

Yep, confirm proper grounds to each gauge first. 2 simultaneous sensor wires breaking, not impossible but highly improbable.
