Well the days in court have been long and sad for everyone. My wife and I have not gone to any of the hearings but my FIL has.

The good news, Troy's ex wife was sentenced today "To life in Prison No parole!" Sad news, the children will never see either parent again due to her selfish acts!!

that whole episode is shocking,

yeah that is both great news and also very sad indeed. at least though the crazy b***** is off the streets.

I saw the news updates a few weeks ago, and it reminded me of this tragedy.

At least there is closure, as tragic as this thing has been for your family.

Her sentence of life in prison will be a hollow victory for all of you. Nice to see her sentenced to the max, by that doesn't bring Troy back to you.

The best thing you all can do now is try to find peace in all this. Grieving is an important part of the healing process. Don't try to short cut the grieving. Let it happen so the healing can begin. The prayers of all of us are with you and the others involved.
