Originally, I was looking for a 300HP Seedoo but they were hard to find around here. I was going new. Then I found the Turbo Honda and I went into GFC cheapskate mode. $17g's for the new Seedoo or $5g's for the Honda. The fun factor is about the same, wife does not care if it goes 60 or 70, so I settled on the Honda.
I do like the Seedoo and may look again next year or when the high demand goes down and dealers are willing to negotiate. Prices are crazy right now.

Too bad Honda stopped making them. 5g vs 17g is tough to pass.

Prices are crazy now for sure & inventory is non existent.

Crazy times for sure.

Thanks. I knew the risk and enjoyed riding for 200k miles over the years. I simply lost the love for it and don't miss it.

Thanks, I rode for years and owned a few bikes. 111k of that was on my favorite, a 2001 Ninja ZX9R sport bike. Went through 26 sets of tires, 4 chain/sprockets sets, and countless front brake pads on that thing. Sold it to a friend that's still enjoying it all the time. Must be approaching 130k miles now.

Didn't know you could put that many miles on a bike. Pretty impressive to hear it is still going strong. Also says you took fantastic care of it.

I've had a few scary ones myself, especially when I was young and invincible. Lately, I have been getting the bug and have been working on my '85 FJ600 to put it back on the road. Hopefully, I am older and wiser now!

I have had a few too, and all the others did not bother me much, but the last one was just completely outside of my control, a 16 year old kid ran a stop stop and I T-boned him.

I pulled the trigger on a pair of used 260 RXTs last night. They are the same basic machine as the 300 RXT I am used to, but with 40HP less (they still go like hell). The deal was too good to pass up and I got both machines plus a new trailer for well under the cost of a new 300 RXT. Hopefully they will be as problem-free as they were on the sea trials.

One has 51 the other has 73. Paid well below NADA low retail for them and I just found out the trailer that was included for free is less than a year old. Looks brand new. Will take possession of them tomorrow.

Please do. We love to share the fun. Our slip neighbors are talking about getting another one, so we may have 4 to use next season.
