Ya know, for some reason, after reading your last post, I can believe what you said about time constraints.

I actually rent some other indoor but dry unheated storage space as well. I have a lot of projects.

I may be looking for a shop to rent or buy in the next couple of years. How did you go about finding one?

The Chris looks fantastic -- nice lines and the bottom job done right!

Hey Indy, and everyone else. Long time no posting. Sorry. Been busy, unfortunately not learning to grill like Justi!

We did make it to Lake of the Ozarks recently. Was at the pool party bar the day before the video.

Interested in Indy’s flotilla. No more 240? We traded ours for a 262WSS. And now also have a Regal cruiser, which we love.

Too little time to post. Hope everyone is well!

We weathered it nicely last night, our 6th and 1st grader had their last day on Tuesday with a drive by in front of the school to say good bye to their teachers. Since the school is in our backyard we invited some of our boy's close friends. They ended up playing football in the back yard and each team had between 6-8 playing plus a bunch of littler ones rolling down the neighbors hill. I ended up putting out the fire in the pit at 11 as it was already 2 hours past my bedtime. When these 12 and 13 year old boys left they all thanked us and wanted to know if they could come back to play this weekend. It makes it nice that my oldest has been friends with these kids since kindergarten.

Sounds like a good time On Holiday. How nice to have other kids nearby for yours to play with.

I'll echo the admiration of the shop, and am also curious how you found yours.
The admiral and I have explored multiple places to move to as our retirement gets closer, but have absolutely struck out on finding affordable locales that are buildable.Thinking maybe just find a warehouse type space to live the dream of a large well organized shop as an escape zone.
