pretty good take today--

found a bunch of decent Easter candy on sale, hollow chocolate egg with some mini candy bars or M&M's, from $5 to $1-- picked up 2 M&M's and 2 Twix...

but best 'real' deal I've seen in awhile, they had Stabil RV antifreeze, for a buck a pop! I go thru that crap like candy on Easter when October rolls around!

SCORE!! There was 9 gallons on the shelf-- and then there were NONE laugh

(the things that make old farts happy... wink )

I visit Wally the day after each holiday that features candy. I am surprised there was anything left one week later.

Thanks for the tip on the antifreeze. Do you know if it is still on sale? I use it in the mountain cabin in all the P-traps, toilet tanks and bowls. Not nearly as much as you, though.

pretty sure what's found in their clearance aisle's is store specific, getting rid of the deadwood on the shelves. Don't really know why antifreeze was on clearance, doesn't go bad and there's still plenty on the shelves at full price? Not complaining smile

Thanks. Overstock, I guess. Or, some employee didn't know what he was doing.

Also, FYI, I believe Costco still has their motor oils in gallon bottles on sale for $10 off a case of 3 gallons.

Checked my local Walmart. Nothing like this on the clearance shelves.

GFC:
Are those bottles 4 or 5 quart?

Jack, last time I checked there were still only 4 quarts in a gallon.

Just pushing your leg, my friend.

True, but most of the bottles I see in the stores contain 5 quarts.
