I purchased the Regal 2700 this spring based on the seller's measurements that indicated that she would just barely fit into my garage (1.5" clearance on top, and a few feet in the back). The transporter dropped the boat off at the marina, so it was not until today that I would find out for sure if she would fit.

I am pleased to say that she fit under the door opening w/o any issues (did not have to deflate tires). This has been lingering in the back of my mind all summer long. Very glad to know she fits.

Assuming the fuel tank is near full. Without fuel, the trailer may not be as low as it is when full.

Have a great day of boating

My 2400 just fits in my garage based on the width of my garage opening. It sure is nice having toys stored inside.

Inside storage is great. So many less things to worry about. Putting up our pole barn is one of the best things we have done. It is so nice not having to deal with finding somewhere to store the boat for the winter.

Our neighbors bought a new Nautique over the summer & are now dealing with the joy finding decent inside storage that is reasonable.

I may never know what 'covered boat parking' is.

I almost did- after 5 winters with the Chap outdoors, I finally broke down and had a 32' carport put in the back yard for it...

You can see it behind the Regal-- which we bought less than 4 weeks after the carport was put up. And the Regal's too wide to get past the fireplace and too tall to fit under the carport... wink
