I am thinking that this fall I will need to do some clever maneuvering to get the larger boat stored in the garage. Wondering if a "trailer dolly" would help?

Would something like this work for a tongue weight of ~900 lbs and 9K total weight?

Craigs List - Dolly Trailer 1000lbs Super Duty - $16

Would two guys be able to push the boat around using this on a level, concrete floor?

I would love to have one of these, but it is hard to justify the expense for a 1 to 2 times a year usage: Parkit 360

Would have to guess would be no. My boat is almost 1/2 your weight & I wouldn't try it.

I had similar, just no 3rd wheel. May work ok on hard ground if you have the 2 person method, and one is always manning the dolly. Mine was parked on gravel. When I tried to use mine with just me, and had to leave it down and pull the boat back by myself (uphill both ways) the handle tended to flip up and dump the tongue. Was still connected to the ball but hard to pull it up once it does that. I can see that happening with this one when unmanned. Once on level hard ground it worked well while manning the dolly, small 16' fiberglas outboard bowrider.

Oh wow, just noticed the weight of what you will be using it for. Amended answer: No.

You will flat the tires, maybe come off the rims. The capacity listed is whole trailer load, your tongue weight almost overloads it.

The add says "1000-lb. tongue weight accommodates heavier trailers".

Ah, here is the product that I am looking for - something that I can push/pull using my JD garden tractor:

I'd try it on good, crack free concrete. but I don't see being able to turn a tandem axle trailer by hand, though. At least i can't turn mine.

If you can get the tongue high enough to lift the front trailer wheels, you would be able to do it--All if level, hard surface.

I found out the hard way (stupid way?) that "hard surface" is key for these things.

Buying a dolly means something else to find room for--

just get one these installed, you'll be glad you did!
