Does anybody have any experience with using Sirius on a Pioneer head unit (DEH-P480MP in this case)? My new boat came with a such a setup, and it worked when I sea trialed the boat, but the marina disconnected the batteries when they pulled the boat out of the water, which reset everything, and now I can't get Sirius to work after reconnecting things. I was able to re-enable the Aux2 input on the head unit, which is the one used for IP-Bus connected items like the Sirius receiver, but the head unit doesn't seem to recognize that the Sirius receiver is attached to that input.

I found the instruction manuals for the head unit and the Sirius box on Pioneer's website, but they haven't been much help.

I have Sirius on Pioneer in my car but it was installed for me. Maybe you can get some technical advice from their website?

Had issues with mine when the boat was new. They ended up replacing the Sirius reciever then the Pioneer head unit. It works now but they never were able to determine what was wrong in the first place. Tech support was a joke by the way.

I'm getting nowhere fast with mine. The shop that installed it gave me a few things to try over the phone, but nothing has helped. I've gotten everything I can find on Pioneer's website, but there isn't much in the way of directions for using the Sirius module with that head unit. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to have
