Lovely weekend weather. And this time of year it's pitch black and cold out by the time I get home from work. Takes a goodly amount of propane to keep the boat warm in this weather too, so this weekend we're moving out of the boat for the season. Ah well, it's only 5 months or so...

Sorry to hear FR. It's gonna be 75-80 for highs here this weekend. Looks like your Sat/Sun weather is going to arrive on us in the middle of next week.

I'm planning my last outing for this weekend.

Sad but true, we are towing the boat to the inlaws this weekend for winter storage. It is at the dealer today for winterization. We took our last ride this past weekend.

There are only two real seasons, boating season, and the rest of the year. Welcome to the rest of the year....... c

Our last ride was the first week of September,, I had to pull boat early do to the water level of lake had started it's 5 year draw down,,, I keep my boat in a shallow cove she was in the mud by then anyway.. We pulled both boats and were able to take the jet skies for a last ride before storing them for season.. Sad times,,, now I need to get ready for fall fun,,
storing all the deck chairs,, tables and stuff,, closing up the pool,, cleaning up leaves,, finding snow blower,,, I love being a home owner,,, There is always something to do..

Ya know, I've heard about places where boating season ends. As I recall they call it "winter". Doesn't happen around here so I'm not real familiar with that term. Supposed to be in the low 60's through the weekend.

You'd better wrap up warm this weekend GFC, we wouldn't want you catching a chill!

I have heard of those places too. Certainly don't want to live in one. Boat will be out Saturday for watersports action.

Low 80s here this weekend, so we will be out on the lake Saturday. Probably clean the boat and drop it off for winterizing on Sunday. Then we wait.

Oh, I can still throw the Bayliner in the water anytime I want! Love those drain hoses, I'm not even going to anti-freeze it this winter. Just going to make sure there's no water in the drive, and open the blue hoses.
