Very nice car. I rented one in Phoenix for 4 days last weekend and loved it. 2.0L turbo, auto.

Nice driving car. Drove it 310 miles, almost all stop and go in town driving, and got 21mpg, and I was not babying the gas pedal.

It was a little lacking on the take off from a stop unless you really put your foot into it, but what would you expect with a 2.0L engine?

All things considered, I found it was a very nice car to drive. Fun, good mileage, comfortable, quiet. It's definitely a car I would own.

If it had a 2L turbo, it must have been an A4. The current S4 has a V8. Both are nice cars. Audi builds some of the nicest interiors around.

Newer Audi's are very nice looking cars. Only problem to me is the resale seems to fall of much faster than BMW.

Was the turbo lag noticeable?

Yes, but it was not horrible. When I'd kick it in the butt you could tell when the turbo kicked in, but it didn't push you back into your seat the way I expected it to. I think my 328i would walk away from it.
