I don't have an answer but got to ask a simple question:
Did you put two stroke oil in the oil tank, or regular engine oil?
Is the line from the tank to the injectors plugged?

I think there is a filter in the tank and some models have a pump that feeds the oil to the motor.

Many people have disabled the oil system and use premix because the early systems were sometimes problematic.

That is a common problem with the low oil level sensor. There is a magnet attached to a float, when the magnet gets close to the bottom of the tank it sounds the alarm. That is how it's suppose to work. The problem is that many times the magnet falls off the float and then the alarm constantly sounds. There is not a good way to get inside the tank to fix the float. The best solution is to install a new tank.

the float assembly seems to be all in order but i will ck for magnet. also the magnetic float swith seems to work because i put my ohm meter on it and slid the float up and down and it showed it [the switch] open and close. ty more help is welcom.would a oil prob like bad switch cause the motor to stall after i get on plane. works good at slow speed not fast. a boat mechanic said it would not that i have two problems.

Glad to hear you got it fixed. Common problem in those earlier models. You were lucky to have it last this long.
