A yard trailer commonly is for broker/dealer boats that stay on his yard.

I like it. Saves time and in the long run I bet money too. Replaces the big boat crane with straps then having to install stands underneath the boat. Smaller marina could store big boats with these trailers.

This one is "home buildt" to my eye. It is carrying a good size aft Cabin Cruiser in the photos. I thought it interesting with the 4 tires/wheels so spread out under the boat.

I was told that they used a old bus frame for the frame.

Sure looks like a truck or bus frame with all those holes.

Seems they used the bus wheels and axles too, just rearranged the spacing a bit. I remember seeing a bunch of old school buses for sale in Idaho awhile back, like $1200 each. Take the frame & wheels and get scrap money for the rest, you couldn't buy parts and make one that cheap!

Hijacking the almost dead thread --- that boat reminds me of a comment attributed to Billy Joel in the boating magazine I just got yesterday -- in it he says he would not own a boat that looked like a "bleach bottle" ___HHMMMM -- that boat does sort of look like a huge bleach bottle --

Need to add about 20-30 lb of air to each tire.
