I'm going to be out with some old friends at Kathrine Landing 89/18 to 89/22 if anybody's (lb, HF, Semper, Mark, Nu2, or anyone else) going to be in the area or is nearby and wants to stop by and meet up for the day come on out.

We'll be on a Seven Crown HB in a cove who knows where but my boat is kind of distiguishable and I might be able to post northing and easting with my helio from the lake next week too.

I believe that would be 9/18 to 9/22. Not Aug, right?

I will be recovering from my Catalina trip this weekend,(leaving Thursday) October is great.

Loren - I'll get a hold of Steve & Madelaine (remember last year?!) They'll be up for a trip to Kat's and upriver.

You can't go past Willow Beach with motorized boat between Labor Day and Memorial Day to keep the Sierra Club and Bluewater Coalition happy. Tried it and got turned around by the Park Ranger about 5 miles up river. Total waste of resources of the NPS to enforce this.

We motored from Kat's to Willow Beach & back last October (3 boats cruisin' side by side.) It was a pretty sight!

Works for me, I really never need an excuse when I am only 20 minutes from Kat.

You should be recovered from Catalina by, say, Sunday, 9/21 I would think!

HF last year I was hanging with charles & mary and their friends and it looks like they are coming out again. Looks like we need to start another thread for that.
