While visiting a friends' cabin in Northern Lower Michigan last week, we saw these out and about. Not the best picture, but we were definately suprised when we came upon them.

Found it. Very rare Albino white tail deer.

Capn, it makes it easier for you to see them at night. The state now feels you can line them up with your hood much quicker to get a better "hit". The state of Michigan is tired of those crippled deer running loose. They want you to get them the first time.

Michigan is also coming out with "Glow Green" and "Florescent Orange" in the near future. Some say that Michigan got the idea of multiple colors from the folks at M&M candies. Look for them on your local interstate and also in different flavors.

Tastes like chicken!

funny

Thanks for the images. thumb

I've seen a bunch of deer in my time, but never a white one.

Edit:

I do not think they are Albino. From the image, it looks like the nose and eyes are a dark color. Albinos would have pink nose and eyes.

lol Next thing you know they'll be available at the latte stands in multiple flavors and with different toppings.

Were those white deer wild or in some kind of game refuge?

Wild.
The deer are just white-whiteail deer, this is a genetic mutation for hair color but not other pigments. It is rare to see them around here.
