I can hear it getting juice as it hums. I already used the allen wrench and made sure the unit it turning and not jammed and it is is fine. So...is she shot???
Make sure you move the wrench back and forth and definitely counter clockwise. Look inside with a flashlight. Turn off the power and feel with your hand. If it turns easily and nothing is inside, time to open the wallet!

Insinkerator? Some of those had a problem with the liner inside the grinding chamber leaking water into the motor, causing what you describe.
Now that would never happen at my house, a project that went according to plan. Plumbing especially, I ALWAYS end up with a second trip to the store for some fitting I don't have.
