Very tragic,
Like NoAgenda's story,
This goes to show that tragedy usually happens when TWO mistakes are made.
Before got my boat, I would boat w/ my brother in the summers down in Jacksonville, NC. Many times we saw boats tubing in the ICW. Every time, my brother pointed out that it was a dumb idea considering the restricted space and markers. Not to mention the traffic.
