That was nice of 'em to put that shiny diamond-plate step or whatever it is there, so you can't get at about oh, 4 spark plugs...

Otherwise, looks nice.

At least you can access the distributor.

Not very well at getting to the belt, ps pumpt, etcetera.

I'd be concerned about access to the impellors/ raw water pumps, especially on the port side engine; seems to be a lot of stuff in the way there.

All things considered, the access is decent. The step appears to allow access to the front where you have at least an area someone small might work.

Regal does that on the 2750 (probably the 2700?) too. I wasn't crazy about it given the amount of stuff that's on the front of the motor relative to the rear. One of the selling points was that the mechanic works on the boat from the swim platform rather than the interior, keeping the interior cleaner.

I'm thinking the shop gets to change the impellers at a regularly-scheduled maintenance.

It's not the easiest thing to do in mine and I look right at it when I pop the engine compartment cover.

Good access from the dock.

Bad access while floating on the water.

I don't know it looks roomy to me, there is way more room than in my boat.

Hey that's on the Regal 3350. I was just watching the video on their site.

I like it alot. On my 20' bowrider I have to pull a rather large bench seat and supports - a good 30 minute two man job just to do that. Even then access isn't great.
