We finally had a friend take some running shots of the boat. Also we took some shots at anchorage with some pretty cool light. The Tiara is our boat, the Cruisers is our friends boat.

Unfortunately the last two shots of our boat running, the ones with really cool lighting, cut off the bow pulpit. frown But they're cool shots, I think.

I love "running" pics (or even "just sitting there" pics) of your own boat from the middle of the lake, lets you see it how everyone else sees it, not just on the trailer or parked at the dock...

Like this?

A group of eight boat went from Charleston to Beaufort together. We all took pictures of each other's boats along the way. That's why my wife is driving, I'm manning the camera.

I like the third from the bottom too.

Tip, courtesy Al: Your VHF will work better with the antenna straight up.

deepv - regarding the antenna... yes, but the boat won't look nearly as cool. Man, do I have my priorities all mixed up!!! ;-)

I like the antenna following the arch slope, and up to now no issues...

Yeah, I'm the same way.

When I had boats that had arches, I ran with the antenna's matching their angle.

My Scout had a hardtop, so they were in the upright position when in use.

Nice shots of a beautiful boat. I'm with those that like 3rd from the bottom. Nothing like a good shot of a boat on plane. Looks like everyone had a good time out there. Thanks for sharing the pics with us.
