Here's why I think it's a Four Winns. (And also why I don't already have trim tabs).

Quite a few serious fishing boats have their tabs designed that way to keep the line from being cut as they fight the fish near the transom.

On that same note, most serious fishing boats don't have transom platforms, just doors, hence the breakaway from a standard tab installation.
