My front cleat is slightly loose and I can't figure out a way to tighten it. There's no way to get under it. Does anybody else have this problem?
There is a small hole where my front nav light is and it's close to the cleat, but the hole is the size of a quater and is too small to get my hand (or just a wrench) in there to tighten the bolt on the backside.

How big is your bow light ? Can you remove it and reach under ?
Plan B - getting rid of the crappy little nylon cleat was the reason I opted for the Pop Up Bow light - added a little Bling and got access to the cleat Don't ask the price

Scott, I did remove the bow light and the whole was about the size of a quarter.
I remember your post on your light replacement. Pretty cool what you did. I suppose I could do that too and create a bigger whole. But I think I'll add speakers to the bow which should get me closer with bigger wholes to the cleat... I think.
It just surprises me that I can't tighten this thing without putting wholes nearby. Oops on Larson design.
No anchor locker up there to gain access. Other than that, remove interior panels and go in that way. New speaker holes might provide the best, fixing a problem and upgrading the tunes.

WW,
Food for thought about the front speakers - if you can remove a grill from the ones you have - or ones that you plan to use, see how they lay againts the bow's radius.
You would want to see that they lay flat. Up close to the cleat looks to have a pretty sharp radius and may lead to the grills being unable to seat properly. Too far back and you may not be able to get your hand up the the base of the cleat to tighten the nuts.
