Yes, I think all will if used correctly. I know mine dropped my lowest planing speed down about 3 mph, depending on conditions and how much weight I have in the boat.
How much does the engine and drive power trim add to your top speed (going from all the way trimmed under at WOT to trimmed out for the best top speed, again, at WOT)? Go from about the low 40s to the low 50s?

since they dont have the surface area of standard trim tabs im not sure how much they will help say from 0 to 15 mph? If they help with that I would get them.
I think one has to decide if tabs work via the water pressure drag against their surface area on your boat. And does any lift vary with speed. Will a non-working tab provide much lift at a given speed? Up to you to decide.
