I've read a bit on Ill's government and we are pretty much in the same boat.
Most recent turn of events has Mass Health Plan at a $800MM deficit because of the forced socialized medicine the state is enacting. The plan that was supposed to lower health insurance costs for us residents, but all it did was create budget shortfalls. Now they are going to force employers to pick up this tab in the form of higher taxes. That should increase business interests around here.
