The Admr. and I spent July 15-17 up at Put-in-Bay. This was the first time I have been up to Lake Erie or in big water.
Could not have ask for perfect weather
We left out of Catawba Island on the 15th

It was a perfect day. The temp. was in the mid 80's, hardly no wind, and waves less than 2ft

This is coming up to the Island, past where Miller Ferry comes in

This was our neighbor for a few days, 50ft Sea Ray with a gariman about as big as my T.V.

Here are my two loves

A neat sunset

Great photos been there many times. Those are my old stomping grounds when I lived in Toledo. Used to go to Cedar via boat on my grand parents boats. Ah the good old days.

A few blow boats on Wendsday

With Perry's Monument in the background

Leaving on thursday, little more humid

All in all, it was a great trip. Plus, I feel a little better about going on big water

Nice photos. I went there on my sister's boat the weekend before Memorial Day. Of course there was hardly any boats out. And we lucked out and got real beautiful weather with little waves.

That is a nice area. Have not had any of my boats there, but we did take the Jet Ferry to the island once.

Great pictures of a nice area. We are taking the Miller Ferry over on Monday, taking the bicycles over and getting a little exercise while cruising the island, then probably replace all burned calories with a few cold ones.

Sailed there in the early 80's. Had one of the best times of my life. Big bar, guy on stage drinking wine out of the bottle and singing JB songs. Whole families having a great time. Can't remember the name of the place, but I heard it burned down.
