Any recommendations for a small pump to get the water out of my skiff without doing manually all the time? Either hand pump or battery operated (if there is such a thing) is preferred.

Do you have a bilge pump in the boat?

I know its a small boat, but if not, this would be a good time to consider installing one.

You can get both battery powered or manually powered bilge pumps.

Options:

A portable hand pump like this Beckson Thirsty Mate (around $25):



A fixed mount hand pump such as a Bosworth Guzzler 400H (around $40 plus the cost of a thru-hull fitting):



A electrically powered bilge pump; but requires a car type battery if you have the room (about $50, plus the cost of plumbing in a thru-hull fitting and battery).
