it is an interesting situation since its solution could possibly also benefit a number of us here,

but solar panels don't need full direct sun to work, but will only provide proportional power based upon the proportion of true sun that they do receive, or rather if the sun they receive is filtered to 50% strength they will only provide elecricity to 50% of their potential, which aint exactly bad in my book,
i know i perhaps didn't phrase that linguistically correct in an engineering bent,

but,
it might just be perfect for a trickle charger for an otherwise brand new battery,

tell you what troop,
if you get a system together and it isn't a perfect match i'll buy it from you/him, i actually should have one for my toys,
( 75 cents on the dollar smile )

It's San Diego, CA. I would think warm and dry would be an accurate description of the climate. Would you agree Troop?

Indoors it should be not problem.

Brake rotors corrode in about 5 days on a dealer's lot when they are washed 3 times a week and are not moved at all in that time period.

I have had customers ask why the brakes are so rusty before they take a test drive in a car, and I tell them we have a special fix for that.

After the test drive, I thank them for administering the special fix.
