Tomorrow morning my wife, daughter and I are leaving for a two week trip to Uganda. Last year we went through Nairobi, Kenya and then travelled overland, but this year because of all the trouble in Kenya we are landing in Kampala.
First few days we are visiting an orphanage in Western Uganda and then travelling overland to Tororo in Eastern Uganda where we will stay for the next 10 days. We are going back to the same village we helped last year.
If you are inclined to follow our trip online here is a link It may take a few days before anything is posted as internet connections are fairly scetchy.

Last years trip is on my link below.

Mark

That's great, Mark! I've always wanted to do something like that but have never mustered the cajones to make the leap. I'll be checking your link. Have a great trip.

A few pics from my recent excursion. I feel like I left part of my heart back there, so I am planning on returning in November.

Our orphan we sponser and now she goes to boarding school.

A young boy who was sick, so we took him to our medical clinic for medicine.
