Taken with my 2mp Helio Ocean, so not as good as they could be. I will post more taken with the camera later.

It works well with the current bimini. Have you taken her out yet and tried the tower? Good luck.

Going out on Sunday. It collapses easily to go under the cover.

Why did they mount it so far back? Was that due to teh bimini? Manufacturer's recommendation? Just wondering, most I have seen have the pylon more forward. MAybe it is just the angle of the pics. Either way I am sure your son and friends will love it!

That is where I wanted it to be mounted so I could keep the bimini up in the 110 degree heat.

Just out of curiosity deepv, can you reverse the legs so that the tow point is more toward the front and still clear the bimini? You will find that getting the rope back to a downed skiier is way easier with the more-centered tow point.

I think that brand of tower is reversible, I remember looking seriously at it when I had my pontoon boat. Is it made by Joystick?

I am afraid of the rope damaging the bimini in that position.

It was a no-name unit from ebay. They're also sold by www.diywake.com .

troop, it worked quite well as mounted. I can see now that rope delivery would be a bit easier with the downed skier reaching up to grab the rope but I got used to delivering the rope in the water right where the rope goes into the water. So I think I'll keep it as it is.

BTW, my son went wake to wake with about 4 feet or so of air and got up on the wakeskate for the first time. Soon he'll be doing inverts.
