Not that I did it,but,I looked into gettin my 22ft sailboat off the trailer it was on. I needed to get to the swing keel to redo it. It was 500 lbs and needed some maint. I found a forum which some people had supplied pictures of how they took the trailer out from under their boats..
Much like the, "lower the front of the trailer" to raise the stern, block it then made a cradle for the bow. Using mostly 2x6s laid on the sides and bolted together, supported on either side of the boat, just over the width of the trailer wheels, then pulled out from under the boat. A little more involved than what I'm puttin down, but, a lot of people did it this way..
