I started at 167 at the end of April and am at 175 today.

Oh and about the cut off dates. Although most wrap it up by Labor Day, some of us go until October or even November and some even go all year (like Labert and troop). So let's say from Jan 1, 2008 to Dec 31, 2008

Well in April I was at 198 and today I hit 204.4. Since my boat will be out of commission for a few weeks I won't be adding any for a while.

Easy to calculate. I started at 0. I'm now at 4.5. Woot woot!

Don't have an hour meeter but I estimate 4 hours of engine time.

I started this boating season with 480 hours.

Started at 765, now at 775.

You know, I didn't even check the meter before I went out for the first time this season on Sunday. I'm guessing that I put on about an hour and a half engine time. When we go to TRL at the end of this month, I'm guessing we'll beat that from a daily average perspective.

I'm in, but will have to wait a week to get the numbers off the boat.

if someone is keeping a spreadsheet, i starting last week at 743 hours. i plan on installing flux capacitors on both engines and using the boat a LOT this year. by november, when we put the boat away, i should be down to 500 hours or less.

You guys are whimps - measuring hours. You should be measuring gallons of gas used...

2gph x #hrs = gallons of fuel.

Or in my case, 24GPH...

Does that mean you are going to give me a 10x weighting factor?

Engine hours 2Suns. Just sitting on your boat at the dock doesn't a boater make! (Or sitting at anchor or beached.)

So someone that runs up and down the river all day is more of a "boater" than someone who swings on the hook and plays in the water all day?

Correct. Although I would give points if the person on the hook, actually set the hook properly.
