I'm sorry Silver...I know you have been looking hard but that seems pricey to me.
D-rod, I understand your point about the price variances. Take a look on autotrader or cars.com in zipcode 95401. For some reason, prices in California and Nevada are higher than out your way. It's frustrating, but it is the reality of where we live.
KBB Private Party is 33-34K.
I could save some money by flying to Oklahoma, but it's not worth the hassle and time for the money I would save.

What color? Cali is its own market, and that isn't tto bad of a price for the milage. My only advice (As I am working on selling a diesel right now) is don't rush too much, as some better deals may pop up. Diesel sales (At least in the midwest) are really slowing down due to fuel prices. Good luck!!

I'd lowball an offer and see if they take it.
Large vehicles are not exactly flying off lots right now.
Diesels are doing better than gas, but not by much - nobody is committing long-term to anything that hogs fuel.
That vehicle lists new at probably $45-48K. Probably has a $5K discount on it. Probably can be had new for $38K right now. It's 2 years old, plus previous body style.
