Surveyor Recommendations in the Tampa Area?

Looking for recommendations for surveyors, and Volvo certified mechanics for a mechanical inspection. Hoping to find people who have used and been happy with a surveyor in the area. I have looked on the web and found name after name, but want some personal experience to help narrow it down. Thanks..

I would call Thunder Marine. They are first rate, and can probably hook you up with what and whom you need.

I replied to this on another forum.

Mark Wallace.

Good luck.

I have never used a surveyor – no help there.

If you want unskilled eyes looking over a boat & taking pics... I can help.
Unfortunately, I won’t be available until next weekend.

You mentioned Gibsonton in the thread on the other site.
Is it located at www.interbaymoorings.com ?
I have been there and boated past the marina many times.

Same as above YAMADOG, maybe two sets of unskilled eyes is better than one? We can take lots of pictures for you.

Thanks for the replies guys. A gentleman from another forum was gracious enough to take a look and do a preview for me. He did an excellent job, and sent me many photos, and as a result I have decided to pass on this boat...
