Unless the wind is intolerable were headin' out for the afternoon after the kid gets out of school.

Probably do Silverwood on Sunday unless we go to the beach instead.

Well today's a slow day on the board so I'm off to the lake. I'll post some pictures later if I get the camera out.

I have reservations for Silver Wood for Sat and Sun. I will probably be out there both days if the wind does not get too crazy.

It was a perfect afternoon with no wind and only 9 boats on the entire lake! That's right, I could count the number of boats at Lake Perris on my fingers. That never happens.

Pictures soon.

BF1, probably won't make it on Sunday as my son has a school project that he needs to do. Have fun.

Click here and here for weather information at Silverwood.

You didn't miss much. Nice day but way too many people. Had a close call with a guy following way too close behind while we were towing a knee boarder. It's amazing how many people are oblivious to their surrondings when they get in a boat.

That's the way it is sometimes. We usually try to skip the weekends and go midweek. Most of those people just don't know the rules that's all, but I won't get started on that lest somebody will get their dander up.

For the most part we've had better luck with the crowd at Silverwood than at Perris though.

How was the condition of the water?

Temp?
Chop? (wind or boat wakes?)
Level?

Been waiting for it to warm up as I keep calling the marina and they tell me they have no idea what the temperature of the water is. Suppose by now, it's pretty good.

I will be posting pictures from Perris as soon as I get the time to do it.

We try to go to Perris early on Saturday morning. There usually isn't much of a crowd until noon and by then the breeze is kicking up and it's getting over 100 degrees and we are ready to go. There is not much nice to say about Lake Perris on a Saturday afternoon in the summer.
