A place that Parrothead knows well, the Soldier Creek Marina on Texoma was shown on the news tonight. Mother Nature has been cruel to them lately. Year before last, drought made boating hard. Last years floods ruined boating for most, and yesterday, they think a tornado must have hit them. Sinking boats and destroying numerous boat docks and storage barns.

Soldier Creek is about four miles from my place as the crow flies...and they fly real quick in a tornado.
Had not heard about this latest mishap.

The floods were pretty tough, had to pull a lot of mobile homes quickly to avoid damage.

It's a pretty area of the lake too. Hate to hear more misfortune. Link to a video of damage.
