They don't seem to be leaking after about 15 hours of run time on week end but I may have other issues as in lower main seal blown
Hope this helps

Again it could be the cdi unit as they can be very random often giving weak spark. Just on a side note when rebuilding the carbys the float level is adjusted by bending the float mechanism ,but unless you have the correct tool and the know how, leave it to the experts.
hope this helps

thanks ardy.. one more thing when i was checking for spark. i used a timing light.. two of them flash pretty consistant but the bottom plug flashes but not quiet like the other two.. i tried changing the coils around but the same results..can there be a problem with what supplys power to that coil..maybe a bad cylinder...any suggestions thanks again..

Hey Jonny00 sounds very much like the cdi unit is the problem as that provides power to the coils. also what color are the plugs they should all be gray and a little wet not light gray and dry.
As for start up procedure from cold prime fuel until primmer bulb is hard, full warm up on the lever, crank with choke on until it fires then release choke . once running try to avoid over revving as this not ideal on a cold engine . Once warm they should start without the need for warm up but 2 strokes can be fickle and if that's what it takes to start might just have to live with it
Hope this helps
