My survey was Monday but I'm buying. The worst the sueveyor could find was a malfunctioning GFCI and outdated flares and missing throwable device. Money was wired today and closing should be this week. Here is a photo:

Congrats rwidman...hope you enjoy your new craft. I am pretty depressed tonight. I KNOW this is the right thing to do...just hard because that boat means a lot to us.

On a funny side note...I told my sales guy that the name Wet Dogg was coming off the name. The buyer wanted to keep the name. I told him there is only one Wet Dogg...that is myself and my wife...he will NOT be getting the name.

Thanks.

My boat is documented and keeping the same name makes it easier. Besides, we like the name anyway.

When I sold my last boat, a SeaRay 300 Dancer I also used a broker. When the offer came in it was less than I wanted to take home (sale - his fees). So I went back to my broker and said how bad do you want to sell the boat? Reduce your fees and make the sale, this is giving you money now and moving the boat off the lot. I also offered him a sales incentive if he sold the boat within a certain number of days. He did both and I sold the boat, the new ower has a great boat, the broker was happy and so was I
