Looking to rent around the Springs Dock area April 19th to the 23rd.Started going their in 1992, fishing in 1996,justlooking to find a nice place on the water or next to it.All that go are responsible adults,Police,UPS,Construction workers going to have a relaxing time and we do catch fish.

Deerfield Resort is around springs dock. I would also look at http://www.VRBO.com. I have stayed at Mike's house http://www.vrbo.com/40559. If you wanted to stay in town and keep the boat at a marina, I could rent you our house for next to nothing. I would offer you our condo, but it will not be complete until mid may.
Where in Ohio are you from?

We live outside of Saint Paris, about a hour and ten minutes west of Columbus.We have stayed at the Point at Shangi condo"s for years (family vacations). Also at Mtn lake,Sugar Hallow,And Springs Dock mostly fishing trips. Over the years some of the places have gotten as little high in price just to come down on a fishing trip.Patrick232 thanks for the reply and the info,will continue looking.

Not only to rent, but to buy they have went up every year. We missed out on 2 differnt homes back in 2004. They have almost doubled in value and the rent they are getting now would have paid them off in about 7 years, with nothing out of my pocket.

The condo's at Springs(older) rent for only $75 a night off season.We rented the new floating house as you come in to Springs when they were first built at $150 a night now they are $300.So a little time and walking up a ramp is worth $225 a night.Besides the people at Springs have always treated us great.

one great thing about springs now is the take plastic, not just cash. This is a big plus when I was dropping a couple of bills per fill up.

I was really surprised about the cash only (think it's still that way on the rentals) But not everyone can carry or should that much all the time.When we go down in the spring to fish I'll only use 20 to 30 gal of fuel,but in the summer I top it off all most every evening just to have a full tank to start out the day. As were on the water as early as 5:00 in the morning and 11:30 at night depending if their is any fog as I use night vision to go out and come in.

So its cash or plastic now?
