We use 60ft. Our kids are teenagers and they like speed at the end of being whipped accross a wake. Bigger tube = Bigger rope!

When Kneeboarding, you should shorten your rope to the point where you can jump both wakes with ease, lnding on the down side of the outside of the wake. This helps your landings as well as giving you momentum to perform "air" tricks which are those that you do when popping off of the surface of the water as opposed to "wake" tricks.

My Trick Kneeboard rope was at about 43-45 feet behind a Malibu at 19-20 mph. For everybodys boat and style it will differ just make it a length where you would feel comfortable..

Git er done!

We have been using a Accurate Spectra Fusion rope for kneeboarding and are very happy with it. It floats, doesn't stretch, has good take off lengths and it came in fashion red to match the rig!
