Have any of you "ABC'ers" been on a Windjammer Barefoot cruse? (www.windjammer.com)
The wife and I, in Feburary, will be celebrating our 25th aniversary on the "Yankee Clipper", and would like any information that you can pass on.
It sound like a totaly relaxing voyage. and no formal dress required, only swim suit, flip flops and snorkel. (some say that the swim suit is optional)
I hate the thought of going boating without the Four Winns, but i will suffer through it.

I hear that the swim suit idea varies from boat to boat in that Sailing ship line, even from cruise to cruise.

Great time to be in that part of the world with good sailing conditions most days.

I haven't been, but some friends at our marina have gone on Windjammer cruises 3 times now. They love them. I think if I ever do a cruise, that would be the way I'd like to do it. Seems much better than the big cruise ships.

I think the hardest decision may be if you should have a Pina Colada (blender drink) or just some fruit juice mixed in with your rum for your afternoon libation.

That's the kind of vacation 'problem' to have! \:D

I hope we shall crush in its birth the aristocracy of moneyed corporations which dare to challenge our government in a trial of strength, defy the laws of our country. Thomas Jefferson "Corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will seek to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until the wealth is aggregated in the hands of a few, and the Republic is destroyed." Abraham Lincoln

Granada is "Beautiful" This time of the year!
St Vincent's #1 export is growing wild in the hills. (I did not get any)
The Rum is flowing faster than than the Colorado river into Lake Powell.
And I got a sunburn in February. Live couldn't have been better.
I recomend this type of cruse for those of you that want to do Nothing at all. It is so relaxing under 7 White sails.
Now I am at home with fond memories and a rekindled relationship with the wife.
Life is good!
